Client Responsibilities

Cancellation Policies

Clients can cancel services with a minimum notice of 24 hours. In the case of prepaid services, no refunds will be issued for unused hours after cancellations. We encourage clients to communicate any changes in requirements or concerns promptly to avoid disruption of service continuity. Our aim is to maintain flexibility while ensuring that both parties can effectively manage expectations and commitments throughout the engagement process.
